FAQs

Delivery + Installation

Hartwig combines CNC expertise with a structured delivery and installation process. Our attention to logistics planning, pre-delivery preparation, certified installation and post-installation training helps customers reduce downtime and reach their productivity goals faster.
Hartwig offers preventive maintenance, CNC repair, training and engineering assistance long after installation, along with a fully stocked manufacturing parts warehouse. Our technical staff remains available for site visits, remote troubleshooting, process improvements and application support. Hartwig also provides on-site CNC training, virtual training and classes hosted at our technology centers, to help you build internal expertise and reduce skilled labor shortages.
Delivery and installation timelines vary based on product availability, delivery location, and other logistics. Our team will contact you with an estimated delivery window once your order is processed.
We offer delivery and installation throughout the regions we serve, with locations near major manufacturing hubs. Service availability depends on your specific delivery address and product type. Find your Hartwig rep to see if delivery is available in your area.
Pre-delivery planning helps prevent installation issues before they happen. Our Hartwig experts work with your team in advance to confirm space requirements, electrical and air needs, rigging access and safety considerations, so your CNC machine installation proceeds efficiently. If any concerns are identified, we address them early by working with your team to resolve clearance, utility or access challenges before the machine arrives to avoid installation delays and additional costs.
