Warehouse on wheels – Our fleet carries the most common parts for repairs, measurement tools, and safety equipment to ensure we deliver industry-leading service to all of our customers. Our goal is to get your machines up and cutting metal in one visit.

Hartwig fields a technical team with unmatched industry experience that can assist customers in resolving issues. We have a call center, staffed with senior technicians who are ready to assist with technical support identifying issues, troubleshooting and resolving them at the first point of contact. If we cannot diagnose and provide an operational solution, your case is quickly dispatched and addressed by a service technician near you.
