Galaxy Tool Corporation approached Hartwig Inc. to provide a Solution for a High Speed Machining project and to obtain a precise surface finish and cycle time requirement. Hartwig not only met the cycle time and quality requirements but exceeded the customers requirements allowing them to justify the purchase of a new machine.

Stahl Specialty Company is one of the largest permanent mold aluminum foundries in the country.  Hartwig Inc. was approached to provide a Turnkey solution for one of Stahl’s OEM customers and to obtain a precise quality and cycle time requirement.  Hartwig not only met the cycle time and quality requirements but exceeded the customers requirements allowing them to produce larger annual quantities for their end supplier.
