24 HOUR SERVICE POLICY
In an effort to furth improve our customer service the Service Department has expanded its hours of coverage. Hartwig's Service Department is now available to our customers 24 hours 7 days a week.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT HOURS
Monday thru Friday 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.

Evenings, Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays call (314)493-9999. (Okuma Customers only)

Our weekend and evening expanded service is accomplished on a rotation basis by our service personnel. On-site service time will be billed at time and a half, Sundays and holidays at double our standard rates. This added service is for machines in or out of warranty.
 

ON CALL SERVICE (Okuma Customers only)
The procedure is simple. You will call (314) 493-9999 and leave a voice message phone number. The staff on call is automatically notified and will respond to your request within two hours.
