Please Be Prepared

When a service engineer arrives, please have a copy of the error code written down. It is very helpful to be able to describe to the technician what the machine was doing before the problem occurred as well as what the machine was supposed to be doing next. If you heard a specific sound before or after the problem, that is also helpful. It is our goal to get you back up and running fast, and the more information you give us, the more we can do for you. The faster we correct the situation, the lower your bill for service.

Even if you have not placed all of your machines under Preventative Maintenance contracts, you can still have support when everything works. You can arrange to have a factory trained and certified service technician at your facility. We can review your maintenance procedures, discuss coolant problems, and other issues. Just call and make an appointment.

If you are looking over one of your manuals investigating something and come up with a question, please give us a call. We have copies of almost every manual for every machine we ever sold.
