Our product offering in the mill market contains solutions to fit your every need. From your Sales Engineer, you will find far more than your "Run of the Mill" vertical or horizontal machining centers (The pun was just too easy to let it go). We offer machines with long, very large work envelopes. We have high speed machines capable of working with the toughest materials. If you are looking for a drilling or tapping piece of equipment we have answers that will exceed your expectations. We employ Application Engineers who support most of the machining centers we sell with training and programming assistance. We install and service a wide range of mills with our team of factory trained and certified Service Engineers. If you are looking for complete turnkey solutions, including any combination of fixturing, tooling, load/unload, or process design, please visit our Application Services page.

Shin Nippon Koki - SNK -

Shin Nippon Koki - SNK

SNK is a sizable machine tool builder in Japan. SNK specializes in five-axis milling machines from the small to mid-size "C" Frame. They are rightfully proud of the inherent stiffness and rigidity engineered into each system. Whether your parts are aluminum, titanium or any hard to cut metal, SNK has a productive answer for you. The standard range of motion for their fourth and fifth-axis provide benefits to our end users. These benefits will flow right to your bottom line and most other manufacturers will not be able to compete with your capabilities. Fanuc controls and drives help provide standardization to end users in what otherwise can be a very complicated CNC world.  Follow the headline or logo link to SNK's website.
Tsugami Horizontal Machining Systems -

Tsugami Horizontal Machining Systems

The FMA3-II and the FMA5-II are not typical horizontal machining centers. These machine tools are designed for extreme flexibility and unmanned operation since their inception. The FMA3-II comes standard with an eleven pallet APC, arranged vertically to conserve your floor space, while providing hours of unattended cutting time. In addition to the APC, machine stability, outstanding chip clearance and high quantity tool changer are standard features that provide benefits to our end users bottom line. These machine tools provide plenty of speed for the most demanding applications.

Tsugami is a 40 year old, Japanese machine tool builder that is best known for high precision. This precision is key when you are running a system unattended for six hours or more. All of the pallets are bar coded to ensure the utmost flexibility in batch manufacturing schemes. Four and five-axis systems compliment the standard three axis version.  Click the logo or headline for more information.
